//HD BROWS// Bronzer and powder foundation

Hey Amigo's today I'm reviewing a few HD BROW products but before i start these are the old packaging as I do believe they have re packaged there products but I felt i should tell you all the wonders of HD BROWS
i will be reviewing the bronzer shade 2 and the powder foundation in shade 1.
This is the packaging on both of the products I do apologise at the fact that this photo is sideways(top photographer.)
Here you can see the products side by side the bronzer is on the left and the powder is on the right.
I'll start with the bronzer I have this in shade 2 on website this is described as the medium/dark shade which in my opinion i wouldn't say it is, I aren't the darkest grape in the bunch and for reference I am a NW20 in MAC foundation. In saying that i don't think this bronzer is a deep bronzer i do feel it would suit a lot of skin tones ranging from mine all the way to a deep skin tone. I do really like this bronzer though, it isn't too shimmery which i don't like in a bronzer as they make me to feel like a disco ball what had been in the sun too long! This bronzer however is on the matte side with slight glitter particles running through it which leaves you with a natural glow or you could contour with it I have tried this and liked the finish. I would recommend this powder too anyone who is interested in buying it it retails for £22.00 on their website which i feel is quite expensive but if your going to indulge in anything in your life why not it be make-up and skincare!

Next up is the powder foundation now I bought mine in shade 1 which is a perfect colour for me, I use the powder as both a foundation for days I don't need much coverage and also as a setting powder to give me a polished off look, it mattes the skin taking away the unwanted shine and leaves it with a perfect base, it doesn't make the skin feel dry and cakey or make your foundation crack as some powders tend too do that.
the powder comes with a sponge which you can you to apply the powder in my experience the sponge gives you more coverage as does any sponge your using for powder again in the past when I've used sponges it can make my foundation crack as it applies too much but with this powder I find it to apply evenly with the sponge and adds a nice amount of coverage which is saying something because I despise sponges for make-up. this powder retails at £21.50 and again I feel if you have been wanting this powder for a while splurge out and take the chance because it is a lovely multi use product.

The products both come with a sponge bit unusual for the bronzer to come with one but I've tried the sponge with it and to be honest it works quite well i do prefer a brush though.

The packaging on the products also comes with a plastic seal. The sponges do build up bacteria but they can be put in the washing machine at a low temperature.

Favourite spring/summer lipsticks

I haven't done a blog post in some time, in fact it's been around a year and the reason for that being I've been very busy with college and my home life, but here I am with another post this time about my favourite spring and summer lipsticks.
The weather outside May be horrible and it's currently raining whilst I write this but the other day was the first day of spring and England welcomed the season with a rain storm! Although I am upset we haven't yet seen any snow I am however also excited for the sun so I decided to do this blog post on a happy matter and get excited for sun, sea and sunny memories.
The lipsticks included in this post are bright so nude lovers turn away now! I have included 5 lipsticks and 1 balm.
1. MAYBELLINE BABY LIPS in PINK PUNCH
this lipstick is a very sheer bright pink I love this when I don't want a lot of colour, when I am in a rush as it's easy to throw on and when I am going to college. It also keeps your lips nice and soft as this is a lip balm. These retail for £2.99 from boots but you can but them from other places.

2. MAC VIVA GLAM NICKI 2
this lipstick I don't think is available any more but this colour is one which I love in the spring and summer it is a very daring colour to be worn. It is an amplified formula which means it is very pigmented and lasts a long time on the lips, it is a very pale lilac colour and is the most daring colour I have from mac if not all my lipsticks and I have quite a few I don't have any dupes for this lipstick so I apologise. I forgot to mention in this blog the original viva glam nicks lipstick which is a neon pink which is also not available anymore but that is one if my favourite lipsticks I own.
3. MAC SAINT GERMAIN
This is a amplified finish again and is a beautiful blue toned bubblegum pink which suits most skin tones I think. This one is one of my favourite lipsticks In my collection so I ration it as if it runs out I don't fancy spending £15 on a repurchase. I find this lipstick to go lovely with a smokey eye and if you enjoy pink lipsticks this one is a must.
4. MODELS OWN MATT BRIGHT COLLECTION IN ANNALISE'S PINK
this lipstick I've just realised was a limited edition as I can't find anything about it online other than integer peoples reviews which Is a shame as this is an affordable lipstick. The rest if the lipsticks retail at £6 so I'm assuming this one cost the same amount. But this lipstick is a beautiful Matt bright pink which I enjoy to wear in the summer to add more to a simple makeup look.
5. RIMMEL LONDON KATE MOSS LIPSTICK SHADE 16
This I know isn't limited eidolon and is the only coral I have included as I'm more of a pink lipstick kinda' girl but this is one of my favourite everyday summer lipsticks it isn't too orange yet isn't too pink these retail in boots for £5.49 bargain for such a good lipstick they have a great colour range and all for an affordable price and at boots they currently have 3 for 2 on selected rimmel products so get yourselves down if you enjoy a lovely lipstick. I enjoy to wear this lipstick with nice dewy skin neutral eyes and lots of mascara but on the other hand it goes lovely with a night time look!
6. URBAN DECAY REVOLUTION LIPSTICK IN ANARCHY
this isn't the cheapest lipstick as these retail for £15 in debenhams, they cost the same as Mac and are just as good in my opinion! Anarchy is a lovely bright pink but it's on the darker shades of pink in my opinion but it's great for the summer and winter etc etc but it looks brilliant on a night out or a day look with a little bit of eyeliner a must have lipstick!
From left too right...
Baby lips, viva glam nicki 2, Saint germain, models own, Kate moss, urban decay.
